We had a request from one of our customers to create a unique frame for a sweet couple that was celebrating 50 years of marriage. In today's world that is definitely a milestone to celebrate. She mentioned that she wanted to have two 5x7 photo openings for a picture from the past and another for a snap shot from the present. The frame was going to be on display at a party being thrown for the golden couple. I knew instantly that I wanted the mat to be a smokey charcoal color with a black frame. The text "Celebrating 50 Years of Love and Laughter" actually came to me as I was thinking about my marriage. Barret and I have been married for nearly 3 years. It's hard to imagine being married for 50 years, but I kept thinking there must be so much love and a lots of laughter to get through all the struggles.
